TERMS & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Open accounts are subject to the approval of Watermark Designs and meeting payment terms and credit limits.
Online Payment Portal: Customers can use a secure online payment portal for making credit/debit card or ACH payments. After logging in, you can find this portal at http://www.topknobs.com/payments under the dealer dashboard.
Administration Fee for OnlinePortal Payments: Credit/debit card payments made through the online portal will incur a 3% administration fee. ACH payments made via the online portal will not incur this fee.
Impacton Open Payment Terms Customers: Payments made by Customers who do not maintain payment information (credit/debit card) on file with Watermark Designs and who choose to pay with a credit/debit card through the portal will be subject to the 3% administration fee.
Other Payment Methods: Customers can avoid the 3% administration fee by making payment via check, wire transfer, ACH, or by paying at the time of shipment with a credit/debit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

We reserve the right to terminate an account at any time without notice for unsatisfactory payment or failure to comply with Watermark Designs policies, terms, and conditions. Dealership accounts may be terminated by Watermark for any reason or no reason upon 15 days’ notice by fax or mail.
Legal Disclosure:
- Unless otherwise agreed by the parties or specified by Watermark on an invoice, payment is due at the time of shipping. Acceptable payment methods are as follows: check, ACH, wire transfer, or credit/debit card. If Customer does not maintain a valid payment authorization (i.e., payment information) on file with Watermark (credit/debit card for example), then Purchaser must either use the Online Payment Portal designated by Watermark or make a payment by check, ACH, or wire transfer. Customers may change the payment method on file by giving Watermark notice and sufficient time to act on such notice.
- If Customer elects to make a payment using the Online Payment Portal (via credit/debit card), then Customer agrees to pay an administration fee equal to 3% of the invoice total. Customer may avoid the Administration Fee by making a payment by check, wire, ACH or by having payment terms of “Credit Card” and paying at the time of shipment. Watermark reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, modify, discontinue, or limit access to the Online Payment Portal at any time.
- If Customer pays by ACH, such transactions are bound by the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) rules for business-related ACH debits.
