Brooklyn-Based Manufacturer Makes Strides Toward Even Better Customer Service

With a pilot expedited ordering program and shorter lead times for all customers, Watermark seeks to differentiate themselves with both innovative designs and best-in-class service.

Based in the independent design hub of Brooklyn and made in the USA, Watermark's designs combine sustainable product design with an eye toward architectural detail. The company has worked with some of the world's finest architects and designers, and boasts the ability to customize and create original product collections to meet each client's exact specifications.

Due to continued investments over the past two years such as an increased work staff, a new PVD (Pressure Vapor Deposition) department, additional spray booths and lacquering ovens, and various other factory expansions, Watermark has lowered their lead times substantially. Some orders can now be processed in as little as a few days.

To build on that success, the company is now launching a three-month trial program for expedited orders. For a 25% fee, certain orders can be expedited, depending on finish and customizing options. They anticipate that expedited lead times will be 25-50% faster compared to normal quoted production times, but if the expedited target dates are not met, the 25% fee is not charged.
