Dealer Spotlight: Earth Elements

Watermark

From the streets of Brooklyn to the wilds of the Rocky Mountains, Earth Elements brings some of our favorite design concepts together.

With design centers in Jackson, Wyoming; Bozeman, Montana; Sun Valley, Idaho; along with their 11,000 square foot flagship facility in Gallatin Gateway, Montana and a fifth location opening up in Park City, Utah in late 2019, Earth Elements gives designers, homeowners and architects the tools and inspiration they need to realize their vision down to the smallest detail.

Earth Elements, led by CEO Steve Taylor, helps customers achieve their design dreams from the moment they walk into a showroom. A full-service and whole-home supplier, Earth Elements offers a full range of appliances, cabinetry, hardware, lighting, plumbing, tile, wall coverings and wood flooring.

Their goal is to bring unique and custom options into homes throughout the American West. From customizable faucets and fixtures to unique lighting choices, the Earth Elements team supports their customers from the moment inspiration hits until the day the project is finished.

Earth Elements has been a trusted Watermark partner since 2006, almost since the day they opened their Gallatin Gateway location.

“One of our first plumbing clients showed us a Watermark faucet and our owner was blown away. We immediately reached out to get set up and start building the great working relationship we have now,” says Emily Anderson, Plumbing Sales Manager.

One of Earth Elements’ key selling features is their customization. “We want to bring in products other people haven’t seen before,” says Earth Elements Design Project Manager, Reese Laricks. Working with partners like Watermark gives them the opportunity to customize every kitchen and bathroom to their customer’s exact specifications and expectations.

“We love Watermark’s unlimited options for customizing,” states Laricks. “Between the handle/fixture combinations and the wide variety of finishes, there are endless possibilities. This makes Watermark seriously unique.”

When they say endless, they mean it. Earth Elements currently stocks over 100 Watermark fixtures, with more on the way. This helps them keep up with the most popular styles, as well as emerging design trends. According to Anderson, “Matte black is a popular finish.”

As for what’s new in bathroom design? “Wet rooms [tub within a shower room] are becoming increasingly common,” says Laricks. Features like this bring modern luxury into new builds and home renovations, and Earth Elements employees—123 of them in four locations—are ready to get started whenever someone new walks into a showroom.

“We really enjoy participating in the design process, especially when creating custom items with Watermark to bring a client’s vision to reality,” says Laricks. “We are very fortunate to have great relationships with builders, designers and developers who strive to stand apart from the masses, therein allowing us to be really creative with the fixtures we spec for various projects.”

With their outstanding reputation for quality and customer service, those great relationships last from one project to the next.

Anderson point outs: “The designers we frequently work with love Watermark for all the same reasons we love it. It is specified on a large percentage of our projects. We have clients who have stuck with Watermark for their second and third homes.”

And those great relationships go both ways too, not just from Earth Elements to their customers, but also with their suppliers, like Watermark.

“The Watermark support team’s response time is always quick which is awesome,” says Anderson. “We have had the pleasure of working with Kelly DeSola a great deal but the entire Watermark team has been invaluable to us, including our Watermark Rep, R.J.”

With that new Park City showroom coming later this year, the future is bright at Earth Elements, according to Laricks: “We have been developing our own internal Project Management and Logistics platform that is making us more efficient as we rapidly expand into new markets.”
